Our firm was established in 1991, in Springfield, Virginia.  Our current practice is limited to Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Tax Law and Business Law.  The firm assists clients with the preparation of Wills, Revocable Trusts, Probate and Estate Administration, Deeds, Durable Powers of Attorney, business start-ups including incorporation, and preparation of income tax returns.
