Lynne N. Clark

​Mrs. Clark graduated from Grinnell College in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a minor in English. In college she was active in student government, played in the college band, and was on the Dean's List. At graduation, she received the Senior Award for academic achievement and contributions to the college community.

She continued her education at the University of Toledo College of Law and received her Juris Doctorate Degree in 1978. In law school she was a law review editor and published an article on Jeopardy Tax Assessments.

After law school, Mrs. Clark pursued a Masters of Law in Taxation at Georgetown University School of Law.

Before forming her own firm in 1991, Mrs. Clark worked for two local law firms as well as a local insurance company. Her firm's current practice is limited to Estate Planning, Tax Law, and Business Law. The firm assists clients with the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Living Trusts, Probate, Durable Powers of Attorney and business start-ups including incorporation.

Mrs. Clark is licensed to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia. She is also a member of the Fairfax County Bar Association and Wealth Counsel.
